Hi and nice to meet you! I’m so glad that you stopped by. I know it can be difficult to find a therapist, so I’m hopeful I can help make it easier. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist who specializes in working with parents, children, teens, and women. I find it an honor to walk alongside clients as they learn how to navigate their stories even when some of the chapters aren’t written as they planned.

When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me cooking, taking our two dogs on a walk, at Chili’s (I’ll be the one with the chips and salsa), or reading on the couch. I came into my profession to teach the importance of connection and the importance of play no matter your age. I’d love to help you remember what both can look like.
